尼龍纖維 (Nylon fibre)
尼龍是透過石油加工的人造纖維,特點是可紡成無限長紗線,它是從己內舵單體聚合物經過抽絲而成,是一種胺類的有機化合物和一種有機酸製成,纖維非常強韌,且富光澤,很適合編織細薄和高密度布料。

尼龍的用途:
它的紗線在幼細的狀態仍然非常強韌,且富光澤,很適合編織細薄和高密度布料,絲襪便是尼龍的代表作,它還是雨傘及風衣的常用布材,如把它加防水處理或塗上一層薄膠,便是很好的雨衣用料。
聚丙烯 Polypropylene (PP)
材質優點:
質輕 耐化學性 耐熱
聚丙烯(PP)是一種可被生物分解的塑膠製品。
它堅韌,質輕,且多方應用於種種工業用途。
其理由如下:
效果佳,PP材質可染成各種顏色、透明、半透明、金屬色澤,和更多顏色,比紙類更堅韌,聚丙烯不會磨損且不易起皺紋,它幾乎是不可撕裂的,與紙製品相比更能持久如新,具防水性。相當適用於保護重要文件,磁碟片…等,放置在倉庫內也不須擔心,可以網版印刷、平版印刷、膠板印刷,箔片壓印來印刷。
聚酯纖維(Polyester Fiber)
係人造纖維的合成纖維;其主要的原料有對苯二甲酸或對苯二甲酸二甲酯,乙二醇。
含有85%以上取代芳香族酸,包括不限定取代和對苯二酸鹽,和羥基苯甲酸鹽的酯之長鏈合成高分子所紡製成的纖維。表面光滑,有細亞麻布的手感。具有良好的彈性和耐用性,是最好的免燙纖維。但其有靜電和毛球問題,且因其幾乎不吸水,故不易以水清潔。
聚酯織物有良好的強度和穩定性,其耐熱、耐光、耐酸鹼、耐氧化劑和耐磨等性能較好。但是,聚酯織物吸濕性差,其織物透過皮膚排泄的高濕熱汗氣的能力即透濕性差,容易在纖維上積累靜電,從而影響了人們穿著的舒適性。
優點
1. 乾濕下形態安定性最好,不易變型,彈性好,適合衣料。
2. 耐熱性好,熱可塑,適加工
3. 低吸濕性,濕強度不變。
4. 易乾,也即喜即穿性,可水洗和乾洗。
5. 耐磨擦性好,小於Nylon。
6. 耐光、耐候、電絕緣性小於PAN。
7. 性質與羊毛最接近,所以容易與羊毛、螺縈、棉等混紡。
缺點
1. 混毛時,硬度大。
2. 化學構造緻密、疏水性、吸濕性低,不會發散汗水,水蒸氣。
3. 熔融時熱安性不夠好。
4. 易起靜電、易沾污。
5. 耐磨,易起毛球。
6. 不耐強鹼,染色困難,僅能用高溫壓染色、倒染劑染色。

Polypropylene (PP)

Good effect, PP material can be dyed into various colors, transparent, translucent, metallic color, and more colors, more tough than paper, polypropylene will not wear and not wrinkle, it is almost impossible to tear, with paper The product is more durable and waterproof than the product. It is quite suitable for protecting important documents, floppy disks, etc., and it is not necessary to worry about placing it in the warehouse. It can be printed by screen printing, lithography, offset printing, and foil embossing.
Polyester Fiber
Synthetic fiber of rayon; its main raw materials are terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate, ethylene glycol.
A fiber comprising 85% or more of a substituted aromatic acid, including a long-chain synthetic polymer which is not limited to an ester of an ester and a terephthalate, and a hydroxybenzoate. The surface is smooth and has the feel of fine linen. With good elasticity and durability, it is the best non-iron fiber. However, it has static electricity and hair ball problems, and because it hardly absorbs water, it is not easy to clean with water.
Advantage
1. The form stability under dry and wet conditions is the best, it is not easy to change, the elasticity is good, and it is suitable for clothing.
2. Good heat resistance, hot plastic, suitable processing
3. Low hygroscopicity and constant wet strength.
4. Easy to dry, that is, ready to wear, washable and dry clean.
5. Good abrasion resistance, less than Nylon.
6. Lightfastness, weather resistance and electrical insulation are less than PAN.
7. The nature is closest to wool, so it is easy to blend with wool, rayon, cotton and so on.
Disadvantage
1. When mixing, the hardness is high.
2. The chemical structure is dense, hydrophobic, and hygroscopic, and does not scatter sweat and water vapor.
3. Thermal stability is not good enough when molten.
4. Easy to get static electricity and easy to stain.
5. Wear-resistant, easy to hair ball.
6. Not resistant to strong alkali, difficult to dye, can only be dyed with high temperature pressure dyeing and counterstaining agent.
