天然棉與人造棉 Natural cotton and artificial

天然棉是天然的棉花，而人造棉是經過加工的短纖！！！

人造棉的外觀極似棉布，其區別方法主要從以下幾點進行：

VISCOSE (人造棉)此物料類似棉，但不透氣，只要用口在布料上吹，就會發現手底感覺不到有風穿過，不含棉的成份。

1.光潔度：人造棉布，布面平整，紗疵極少，無雜質，細潔平滑；而棉布表面可見到棉殼，雜質等，光潔度不如人造棉布。

2.紗支均勻度：人造棉布的紗支條幹均勻，紗疵很少；而棉布紗支條幹不如人造棉均勻，尤以中粗布更為明顯。

3.手感：人造棉布無論厚薄織物，手感大多較柔軟，而棉布略有粗硬之感。

4.色澤：人造棉布的光澤與顏色均佳，與棉布相比，人造棉布更為鮮豔美觀。

5.折皺性：人造棉布容易折皺，當用手攥一把布，散開，則出現很多折皺，也不易及時復原；棉布雖有折皺，但比人造棉輕微。

6.懸垂性：人造棉懸垂性較好，棉布懸垂性不如人造棉布。

7.強力：人造棉布的強力較低，不如棉布。特別是在潮濕環境中，人造棉牢度較差，當從布邊抽絲比較，拉伸，人造棉較棉絲易斷。因此，人造棉質地大多較厚，無純棉麻紗那樣輕薄。

＊人造絲 (經過加工的長纖)：布性會很有垂墜感(也會比較重)，布面也會光亮，會滑，會反光。 RAYON不是屬於人造棉！是屬於人造絲！

The appearance of rayon is very similar to that of cotton, and the difference is mainly from the following points:

VISCOSE (synthetic cotton) This material is similar to cotton, but it is not breathable. As long as it is blown on the cloth with the mouth, it will be found that the bottom of the hand does not feel windy and does not contain cotton.

1. Finish: rayon, the cloth surface is flat, the yarn defect is very small, no impurities, fine and smooth; while the cotton cloth surface can be seen with cotton shell, impurities, etc., the finish is not as good as the artificial cotton cloth.

2. Uniformity of yarn count: The yarn support of the rayon is uniform and the yarn defect is small; while the cotton yarn is not as dry as the artificial cotton, especially the medium and coarse cloth.

3. Feel: Artificial cotton, no matter thick fabric, feels softer, while cotton has a slightly rough feel.

4. Color: The luster and color of the rayon are good. Compared with the cotton, the rayon is more vivid and beautiful.

5. Wrinkle: The artificial cotton cloth is easy to wrinkle. When a hand rubs a cloth and spreads out, many wrinkles appear, and it is not easy to recover in time; although the cotton cloth has wrinkles, it is slightly lighter than artificial cotton.

6. Drapability: The artificial cotton has a good drape, and the cotton drape is not as good as the artificial cotton.

7. Strong: The strength of rayon is lower than that of cotton. Especially in the humid environment, the artificial cotton has poor fastness. When drawing from the edge of the cloth, the rayon is easier to break than the cotton. Therefore, the artificial cotton texture is mostly thick and not as thin as pure cotton yarn.

* Rayon (processed long fiber): The cloth will have a drape (it will be heavy), and the cloth will be bright, slippery and reflective.
